Local Licensing Authority


The City of Longmont's Local Licensing Authority  (commonly referred to as 'The Liquor Licensing Authority') is Municipal Judge Diana VanDeHey. The Deputy City Clerk serves as the official secretary to the Local Licensing Authority and receives and processes all liquor license applications. 

All liquor license applications, including renewals, should be filed with the City Clerk's Office at 350 Kimbark St., Longmont, Colo., Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The deadline for submitting an application is generally the last Friday of the month but can vary if a meeting date is changed.
