Business Efficiency Programs
Business Efficiency Grant Program - Businesses and nonprofits that are looking to reduce the cost of an energy efficiency project can take advantage of LPC’s Business Efficiency Grant Program. This service will provide up to $5,000, or a limit of 75% of total costs, for qualifying projects and can be used with other efficiency grant programs.
Lighten Up - Energy used by electric lighting makes up 20-40% of a typical business customer's electric bill. To help manage these costs and save energy, this program provides funding for lighting retrofits at commercial and industrial facilities. Efficiency Works for new construction and renovations – Business customers who are constructing a new building or making substantial renovations to an existing facility can take advantage of this program. Eligible measures include heating and cooling unit upgrades, building envelope renovations and changes to variable frequency drives and refrigeration systems. Efficiency Works Building Tune Up – Just like your car, buildings need tune-ups to perform as designed. Renewable Power Purchase Program for Business –This program allows customers to designate a specified amount of the energy they use as renewable energy. Businesses that elect to participate pay an additional charge for each 500 kWh block of energy they request to come from a renewable source. Efficiency Works Residential Services – This program assists in finding the right products for making your home more energy efficient, provides assistance to locate a contractor and provides rebates to help pay for work. To learn more visit www.efficiencyworks.co
Residential Appliance Rebates – These rebates offer customers an extra incentive to replace current home appliances with updated models that are more energy efficient. It provides $100 for Energy Star clothes washers, $100 for dual flush toilets, and $50 for low flow toilets. Click here for more information about appliance rebates.
