Please come help with some early season pruning in our City’s beautiful Memorial Rose Garden.

Colorado winters are harsh and can cause extensive die back in the rose garden. At this event, volunteers will use loppers and clippers to prune hybrid tea and grandiflora roses almost to the ground. This is not your typical pruning! With 56 garden beds, this work usually takes staff 8-10 days to complete each season. With your help, we hope to accomplish a lot of this technical pruning in just one, short morning.
