Purnell Steen & The Five Points Ambassadors

The Museum welcomes back Purnell Steen & The Five Points Ambassadors for a Friday afternoon of gospel music, and spirituals, with jazz roots and branches. For more than 30 years, Purnell Steen has been dedicated to preserving and playing the Jazz and Blues music of Denver’s legendary Five Points neighborhood. The band has performed for many dignitaries, including at the 2008 National Convention and for the Clinton family.
