The Occupational Therapists at Life Care Center of Longmont will present a Home Safety Checklist going room by room to highlight the possible fall hazards. They will offer suggestions with easy tools and simple home modifications in order to improve safety and decrease the possibility of a fall or a life changing event that can occur with a fall.
