The first 2019 Longmont Fire Open House is right around the corner on Saturday, February 23rd at Fire Station 1 (1070 Terry Street) from 1pm until 3pm.

The event will focus on Stop the Bleed training as well as hands-only CPR. It would take you a short period of time to learn hands-only CPR and Stop the Bleed. Most people who survive a cardiac emergency are helped by a bystander. You could be the bystander who provides life-saving care until professional responders arrive.

UC Health will also be at the station with their Mobile Center Blood Unit (1:30pm until 3:30pm). It takes just 5-8 minutes to give. Walk-ins only.

Stop by and meet your Longmont Firefighters. Tour the station and look at the equipment. Hope to see you all there.
