PROOF OF VACCINATION
For all indoor LSO events, beginning January 1, 2022: All patrons 12+ must show proof of base COVID19 vaccination (2 doses of Pfizer or Moderna or 1 dose of J&J) or medical exemption (doctor’s note on letterhead) to attend any LSO event. All patons 5-11 years old must show proof of at least one vaccine dose.

All patrons are required to remain masked while indoors.
