Online Class: Tai Chi Shibashi Qi Gong

Qi Gong translates from the Chinese as Energy Work. In this class we will explore several Qi Gong exercises which help flexibility, relaxation, balance, strength, and improved immunity. Recently, scientific studies such as those undertaken by the Harvard Medical School have come to the conclusion that the simple practices of Tai Chi and Qi Gong help reduce stress, which in turn reduces inflammation, which in turn moderates chemical imbalances in the system which result in improved health, attitude, and general well-being. Come join us as we use these simple, gentle exercises to improve your day and increase your energy. Steve Elliott has been studying Tai Chi and Qi Gong for 48 years and teaching for 16 years.
