Join us to explore the curious concept of “letting go.” Life constantly presents us with opportunities and challenges to let go of old ideas of who we are and what we can do, of people who have died or otherwise left us, and of ways of being that no longer serve us. Often we find there are many things we want to let go of specifically at the end of our lives. Join staff member Brandy Queen, LPC, for an engaging discussion on Letting Go.
