Sustainable Land Management & Water Conservation: Low Impact Development Guidelines
Managing HOA-owned properties and reducing water demand have become priorities of most HOAs in Longmont. In this session, City staff will discuss new guidelines created to encourage developers to create water-conserving landscapes that are easier and cheaper to maintain and how this new resource can be adapted to guide existing communities. Specific plant recommendations will be included. Registration is required.
