The Longmont Landlord and Tenant Training Alliance (Monthly Event)
The Longmont Landlord and Tenant Training Alliance is a collaborative program between the Longmont Police Department and Community and Neighborhood Resources. The Landlord and Tenant Training Alliance present monthly programming on various topics relevant to landlords and tenants.
Trainings include:
- Semi-annual legislative updates to keep landlords and tenants aware of changes that will impact them
- Presentations to help landlords develop their business skills
- Judicial views from the bench
- Information on tax structure, insurance, lease-writing, and pitfalls to avoid
These trainings are free and open to all; they are held every second Wednesday and may be held virtually or in person. In-person meetings are held at the Longmont Senior Center (910 Longs Peak Avenue) in rooms D and E from 6:30-8 pm.
