Come find out some information about ways to help improve the quality of life for people with neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s. We will give you some information about the benefits of exercise and show you some of the physical and cognitive drills performed in the class to help with rigidity, hand dexterity, postural stability, balance, gait and much more! Have a sturdy chair and shoes so you can participate in some of the demonstrated exercises if desired. Instructor: Margie Welsh.
