Join the team!  Our Citizens Volunteer Patrol (CVP) are looking for residents that are interested in being the”Eyes and Ears for the Police Patrol Division.” Volunteers selected must have the highest integrity standards. 

Duties include: citizen radar patrol duties, high school parking lot surveillance and assistance to School Resource Officers (SRO), noise ordinance violation patrol, specific surveillance assignments, and other patrol duties as assigned. CVP attend and participate in many community events. Volunteers always patrol in teams of two. All CVP members must be 21 years of age.

This dedicated group of volunteers has served the Longmont community for more than 10 years.
