Recreation Facility Closures

Every year in late summer, the City’s recreation facilities close for maintenance on systems and equipment.

* The St. Vrain Memorial Building, 700 Longs Peak Avenue, will be closed August 7-12.

* Centennial Pool, 1201 Alpine Street, will be closed August 19-27.

* The Longmont Recreation Center, 310 Quail Road, will be closed August 27-September 3.  The facility will re-open on Labor Day, Monday, September 4, with special holiday hours from 10am-4pm.

Roosevelt and Kanemoto activity pools close for the season on August 13, and beach hours at Union Reservoir change beginning August 19; through September 4 it will be open only on weekends and Labor Day.  Questions? Call 303-651-8404 or visit LongmontColorado.gov/rec.
