While the kids are out of school\, Summer Reading is a fantastic way to continue growing literacy and a love of reading. \n  \nPlay from May 21 – July 31.\n  \nKids and teens must turn in BINGO boards by July 31 to qualify for prizes. Prizes will be available starting June 1. There is no fixed schedule or structured program—participants can explore activities that interest them most. Free Zone Day encourages independence\, creativity\, and self-expression while providing a safe and supportive environment for kids to follow their own interests and have fun at their own pace. \n\nThe Zone opens: 1 pm\nSnacks: 3-4 pm\nActivities: 4-5 pm\nDrop-in time: 5-5:30 pm\n\n  \nWe offer a small lunch/snack everyday. DESCRIPTION:The City of Longmont values community engagement and participatory governance. Our 22 citizen-based boards\, committees\, and commissions serve as a vital link between residents and city government. These groups play a crucial role in shaping policy\, providing expertise and ensuring diverse community input. \n  \nThe Museum Advisory Board consists of nine members who are appointed to serve three year terms with the Museum Director serving as an ex-officio member. The board’s purpose is to advise City Council in the development and use of the Longmont Museum. \n  \nThe public is welcome to attend any advisory board meeting\, held at Longmont Museum\, upstairs Conference Room\, 400 Quail Road\, at 4:30 pm on the third Wednesday of each month.

DESCRIPTION:Registration required\nLocation: Unquiet Study Area (second floor)\nOnce you take the orientation\, you are ready to use the 3D Printer\n3D Print Reservations can be made after your orientation in the computer lab\nMinors (under 16) must be accompanied by an adult\n\n  \nBefore you can use the Library’s 3D printer\, you must sign up for and complete a 15–30 minute orientation to learn basic operation\, safety guidelines\, and how to submit 3D print jobs. Once orientation is over\, you’ll be ready to start printing! \n  \nLearn more\nRead about the 3D printer and schedule an orientation outside of these times on the 3D printing information page.
