From the Arbor Day Tree sale web page on the City of Longmont website, select the “Enter Tree Lottery” link button on that page. This will redirect you to our activity registration software and to the Spirit of Arbor Day Tree Sale. Expand the available trees by selecting the “19 Sections” text link. Please only select your first choice tree during this part of the process.

Scroll down to find the tree you'd like and “Add to Cart List.” At the bottom of your screen, you'll see the items that you've selected and simply “Add to Cart.” At this point you'll be prompted to log in or create an account with the activity registration software. Once you've entered your username and password, select “Login.”

From the items in your cart, select your tree and hit “Continue.” On the next page, follow the prompts to enter your address and contact phone number. If you'd like to add a $5 tree watering bag to your order, select the checkbox next to ‘Purchase $5 tree water bag?’. At this stage you can also enter a second and third choice in case you do not get your first choice tree in the lottery.

To do that, type in the activity number 247961_ and select your second and third choice trees from the dropdown list. When you're satisfied with your answers, click the blue “Continue” button. From your shopping cart, verify everything is correct and then “Proceed to Checkout.” On the checkout screen, you'll be prompted to enter your payment information and the process is complete.
