Agenda Management Portal

All agendas and meeting packets of the Longmont City Council and the City’s advisory boards are published to this portal to make it easier for residents to find information about upcoming meetings and topics.

• Not all meetings listed here are livestreamed. Generally, City Council and Planning & Zoning Commission meetings are
  livestreamed, but not all of them are. Look for the words “(livestreamed)” after the meeting title.
• Most advisory board meetings are recorded and uploaded to the City’s YouTube
  channel a few days after the meeting (youtube.com/@cityoflongmont).
• Search for past topics by using the Search and Advanced Search functions.
• The portal page works best in Google Chrome.  Some users may not see the page fully load if using Internet Explorer.  Click to view this page in a separate window.
• Search tip! The HTML agenda bookmarks the video to the item on the agenda so you don’t have to search the video on YouTube to find the topic you are looking interested in. HTML agendas with video bookmarks are only published for City Council meetings and Planning & Zoning Commission meetings.
