Southwest GA Development Area – Preliminary Planning Study
In order to facilitate the development of the available property, the City of Longmont understands that proper planning for Utility Infrastructure and Drainage of the available property is necessary. Therefore, the City has completed a preliminary plan that is intended to show the best option for how the utilities and drainage will be developed in this area for the most optimum build-out.
While the study shows how the structures, aprons and taxiways could be laid out and placed, this is just an optimum example and is not a design or requirement. However, the size, and to a great extent the layout of the drainage is required. While the utility corridors can be shifted slightly one direction or the other, ultimately this is the best layout for the most optimum development.
