Calling all ghosts and goblins! The City’s annual free Halloween costume walking parade and Trick or Treat Street are back! Participants should line up at 9:45 am Saturday, Oct. 26 at Roosevelt Park, 700 Longs Peak Ave. The parade will begin at 10 am.
