Adjusting to life’s changes can involve many kinds of loss. If you are struggling with retirement, beginning or ending a caregiver role, decreased independence, changes in your abilities, or an accumulation of losses over the years, this six-week group is for you. We can work together to find a “new normal” in life. Our sessions are all confidential. Peer Support Volunteers will facilitate this group.
