To research books, films and articles, Sy Montgomery has been chased by an angry silverback gorilla in Zaire and bitten by a vampire bat in Costa Rica, worked in a pit crawling with 18,000 snakes in Manitoba and handled a wild tarantula in French Guiana. Children and teens are invited to a special visit from Sy at the Library where she will talk about her recent adventures and books.

Para investigar libros, películas y artículos, Sy Montgomery fue perseguida por un furioso gorila de espalda plateada en Zaire y mordida por un murciélago vampiro en Costa Rica. Trabajó en un pozo lleno de 18.000 serpientes en Manitoba y manipuló una tarántula salvaje en la Guayana Francesa. Los niños y adolescentes están invitados a una visita especial de Sy en la Biblioteca, donde hablará sobre sus aventuras y libros recientes.
