Japanese boy and other passengers at a train station

And Then They Came For Us (2017) NR

Eighty years ago, President Franklin Roosevelt signed Executive Order 9066, paving the way for the forced incarceration of 120,000 Japanese Americans. This important documentary film illuminates the profound constitutional damage done in the name of national security.

Featuring actor George Takei and others who were incarcerated, as well as rediscovered photos by Dorothea Lange, the film brings history into the present and follows Japanese Americans as they work to protect us all from history repeating itself.

Followed by audience Q&A.
