The City of Longmont will be presenting a Bicycle Friendly Driver class on July 12 to ALL users of the roadways. Whether you drive your BIKE on the roads, your CAR on the roads or drive a truck or larger vehicle, this class is all about understanding the intentions and each doing our part to ensure the safety of all users! Class is 90 minutes and will provide scenarios of common crashes, “legal” vs. not, white and green roadway markings and other questions you might have about sharing the roadway in Longmont and beyond! All participants will have a chance to take a quiz, ask questions and test their knowledge on sharing the roads.
