Longmont Lights Holiday Celebration

Friday Festival

Enjoy the magic of our sparkling lights display and free family activities from 5-8 pm Friday, Dec. 13 in Roosevelt Park, 700 Longs Peak Avenue. Sponsored by NextLight, returning favorites include Santa’s Workshop for younger kids at the Memorial Building, visits with Santa at the Longmont Senior Center, ice skating at the Longmont Ice Pavilion, and in Roosevelt Park, hot cocoa carts and fire pits. This is a free event; local food vendors will have menu items for purchase.

New this year!

This year, to ensure everyone has a magical moment at the Longmont Lights Festival, we’re introducing a sign-up system for Santa visits. No more waiting in line all night for your moment with the big man!

Here’s how it works:

  • Sign-Up Required: Reserve a time slot to meet Santa beginning at 4:30pm in the lobby of the Longmont Senior Center (910 Longs Peak Ave)
  • Easy and Convenient: Signing up guarantees your time with Santa without long wait times. That way you can enjoy the rest of the festival while you wait.
  • Spots Fill Quickly: Be sure to secure your time slot early to avoid missing out!

Thank you for helping us make this a wonderful experience for everyone!

Saturday Parade

Enjoy the Timeless Holiday Tales holiday parade on Main Street from 5-8 pm Saturday, Dec. 14.  Parade float applications are available online or at the Memorial Building, 700 Longs Peak Ave.  All entries are eligible for prizes.

Holiday Light Display

The lights in Roosevelt Park will be lit nightly beginning late November through early January 2025.
