Join DAM’s Molly Medakovich as she invites us to slow down and spend time with a single work of art, Discover overlooked details, pose questions, and explore ideas as we linger, look and connect with art and each other.At this special offsite iteration of Mindful Looking, participants will meet at the idyllic Agricultural Heritage Center to discover details of Amanda Cavour’s site specific installation at the farm.
This program is presented in partnership with the Denver Art Museum in conjunction with Boulder Museum Contemporary Art and Longmont Museum’s collaborative summer exhibition, agriCULTURE: Art Inspired by Land.

agriCULTURE Art Inspired by the Land is a multi-venue exhibit collaboratively created by the Longmont Museum and the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art. The exhibit pairs more than 15 local and national artists with farmers throughout Boulder County to create commissioned and visual works of art. Experience this multi-media exhibit that explores how farming is connected to climate change, water rights, ancestral lands, local history, and environmental impacts.
