Please join the Youth Center and the Northern Arapaho 477 Biixoo3etiit’ Program in welcoming guests from our Sister City, the Northern Arapaho Tribe. Together we’ll enjoy a day of activities honoring National Native American Heritage Month. Tasty activities will include a frybread demonstration and the opportunity to build (and eat) your own Indian tacos. In addition, a Northern Arapaho elder will guide a presentation about the importance of buffalo and youth will learn how to construct a tipi with guidance from Lennard and Dawn Buffalo Family.
