Share the Road in Longmont – Virtual Class
Cars and bikes and pedestrians, oh my!
The Share the Road in Longmont class provides some of the hows and whys of sharing the roads with all users.
- Bicyclists riding two abreast – legal? or not?
- How/when to pass a person on a bike
- Legal to cross the double yellow line? or not?
- People on bikes left of the white line – legal?
- Navigating safely through a traffic circle – on a bike, in a car or on foot
Get the answers to these questions as well as your own questions about how to share the roads safely together, whether your main mode is your car, your bicycle, or on foot.
Currently, all classes are FREE and but you must register!
- Virtual: June 30 from 6:30 – 8:00 pm
- In-Person (location TBD): July 22 at 5:30 pm
Created by staff at the City of Fort Collins, this class has been offered across the country to all users of roads to increase safety and minimize conflicts.
