Dickens Farm Nature Area is located right off Main Street and includes a float course along St. Vrain Creek for tubes, kayaks and paddleboards. Volunteers will help plant cottonwoods and peach-leaf willows at this interactive nature area and also protect ~150 trees with post and wire cages.

This is a joint project hosted on City of Longmont Open Space, facilitated by Wildlands Restoration Volunteers (WRV), and supported by a Great Outdoors Colorado (GOCO) cooperative volunteer grant. Register for this project, created especially for Longmont volunteers, on WRV’s website.
