Women’s Behavioral Health and Wellness
This program provides education and resources to promote a healthy lifestyles with emphasis on the physical, social and emotional health of women and their families. The goal is to improve women’s well-being in our community by providing knowledge and experiential activities to motivate self-care and live a healthier life.
We meet every Thursday from 8:30 to 10:30 am. The current session runs from January 8 to December 17, 2026.
