Landlord Tenant Alliance - City of Longmont Skip to main content
The Landlord Tenant Alliance is a collaborative initiative between Community and Neighborhood Resources and the Longmont Police Department. It serves a diverse audience, including landlords, tenants, property managers, housing agencies, and other community partners. Because housing regulations affect many stakeholders across Boulder County, the alliance helps ensure that participants stay informed about rights, responsibilities, and practical housing issues.

These trainings are free and open to everyone. They are held on the second Wednesday of each month, and each monthly newsletter will specify whether the session will be offered in person, hybrid, or fully virtual.

Benefits of Attending Include:

  • Ask questions directly during the live Q&A
  • Learn about current housing topics, updates, and best practices
  • Hear from guest speakers with experience in housing, mediation, or community programs
  • Connect with other landlords, tenants, and community partners
  • Access resources and information shared during the session
  • Participate in conversations that support fair and informed housing practices in Longmont

Please note: Sessions are not always recorded. Whether a presentation is recorded is up to the presenter since some content may be proprietary. When recordings or materials are available, they are provided only to participants who attended that session.
