Landlord Tenant Alliance - City of Longmont Skip to main content

The Landlord Tenant Alliance is a collaborative initiative between Community and Neighborhood Resources and the Longmont Police Department. This alliance serves as a valuable resource for our diverse audience, which includes property managers and owners (both private and larger agencies), tenants, housing authority agencies, case managers, maintenance staff, and code enforcement. Housing regulations impact all of these stakeholders across Boulder County, and this alliance ensures that everyone is well-informed of their roles and rights.

Trainings include:

  • Semi-annual legislative updates to keep landlords and tenants aware of changes that will impact them
  • Presentations to help landlords develop their business skills
  • Judicial views from the bench
  • Information on tax structure, insurance, lease-writing, and pitfalls to avoid
