The City of Longmont has three housing assistance programs to assist qualified families affected by the September 2013 flood. Home repair (including reimbursement for repairs already completed) and temporary rental assistance programs are available for residents of Longmont at the time of the flood. Down payment assistance is available for Boulder County residents affected by the flood to assist with the purchase of a home anywhere in Boulder County.
