2027 Housing Choice Voucher Lotteries: Brighton & Denver (Info Only)
As part of our housing resource navigation work, Community Relations shares information about local and regional programs and opportunities that may help community members with their housing needs. Two 2027 Housing Choice Voucher lotteries, administered by the Brighton Housing Authority and Denver Housing Authority, will accept online entries for a limited time beginning September 17. These lotteries are not administered by the City of Longmont. For application instructions, eligibility information, accommodations, and other details, please refer directly to each housing authority.
Brighton Housing Authority
Applications open September 17 at 8:30 a.m. and close September 18 at 5:00 p.m. The 2027 lottery replaces applications from prior years, so anyone who previously applied must reapply to be considered for 2027.
Denver Housing Authority
Lottery entries open September 17 at 12:01 a.m. and close September 18 at 11:59 p.m. Entries are accepted online only. Entering the lottery does not guarantee a voucher. DHA randomly selects names if vouchers become available.
