Gas-powered Yard Equipment Trade-in Event

The City of Longmont’s Office of Sustainability is partnering with the Regional Air Quality Council (RAQC) and Ace Hardware to help Longmont residents replace noisy, polluting gas-powered lawn equipment with cleaner, quieter electric alternatives!

 

    • Advance Registration is REQUIRED (check back soon for a link).
    • Open to all Longmont residents while supplies last. Limit one voucher per household.
    • Receive a $200 voucher when trading in a gas-powered lawn mower or snow blower.
    • Receive a $100 voucher when trading in handheld gas equipment (leaf blower, trimmer, etc.).
    • Gas and oil must be drained before trade-in.
    • Vouchers may be used for the purchase of eligible electric yard equipment at Ace Hardware Longmont only.
