Explore historic Longmont with walking tours and talks with Longmont Museum Curator of History Elizabeth Beaudoin. New Tour! Together we will explore the vibrant Historic East Side, a neighborhood that contains stories from Longmont’s everyday working folks who kept the city running. We’ll discuss how the neighborhood was home to many of Longmont’s immigrant families, what vernacular architecture is, and how the neighborhood fought back against urban renewal and increased industrialization.
