HOA 101 Spanish – Session 1

This introductory training is designed to help residents better understand how Homeowners Associations (HOAs) operate and how they differ from renting. Participants will learn the fundamentals of HOA responsibilities, governing documents, insurance requirements, and available conflict‑resolution resources. As part of a broader community education effort, this session also supports expanded outreach to Spanish‑speaking residents through partnerships, bilingual materials, and planned future events such as an HOA resource fair. By increasing accessibility and knowledge, the training aims to empower residents to navigate HOA living with confidence and build stronger, more resilient neighborhoods.
