Lanyon Earth Day and $10 Tree Sale

Lanyon Neighbors are invited to:

 

  • Buy a $10 tree!*
  • Enjoy free coffee, juice, and breakfast burritos
  • Attend bilingual storytime at 10:30 am for kids
  • Learn about sustainability and resources in Longmont
  • Pick up a grant application for a block party
  • Bring home free food from Longmont Food Rescue

 

*The $10 tree sale is just for people who live in the Lanyon Neighborhood (South of 21st Ave, North of 17th Ave, West of the railroad, and East of Main St). Purchased trees must be planted within the Lanyon Neighborhood. Quantities are limited.

 

Available tree varieties include:

 

  • Rocky Mountain Glow Maple
  • Honeycrisp Apple
  • Montmorency Cherry
  • Spring Snow Crabapple
  • Swamp White Oak

 

You can reserve a tree to pick-up through the reservation forms below. Make your reservation by Thursday, April 24 at 5 pm. Unreserved trees will be available for walk-up purchases. Bring $10 in cash or check only, credit cards are not accepted. When you buy your tree, bring something to show you live in Lanyon that lists your name and address (such as a utility bill or mail).
