Join us as we celebrate the 98th anniversary of the release of Fritz Lang’s silent dystopian sci-fi masterpiece “Metropolis,” accompanied by live improvised music on piano, fiddle, mandolin, and percussion. With lavish sets and spectacular science fiction style, the film is set in 2026 amidst a futuristic city where society is divided between workers who live and toil underground and the rich who enjoy lives of splendor.
