Recreation Center Pool Closures

Every year, the City’s recreation facilities close for maintenance and updates on systems and equipment. In 2026, a new leisure pool play feature is being installed at the Longmont Recreation Center. The lap pool, leisure pool, lazy river and hot tub will be closed August 10 – September 18.
The steam room and sauna, and the rest of building, remain open during construction. Centennial Pool and Sunset Pool will have extended swim hours.
