Shock Art – Cosmic Foxes by Julia Williams

Shock Art is a partnership between Longmont Power & Communications and Longmont Art in Public Places (AIPP) where artists visually transform ordinary electric boxes into dynamic works of art.

In “Cosmic Foxes,” by Julia Williams, a fox peers out over the surrounding fields under a brilliant night sky.
