Shock Art is a partnership between Longmont Power & Communications and Longmont Art in Public Places (AIPP) where artists visually transform ordinary electric boxes into dynamic works of art.

In “Front Range Blues,” by Linda Cranston, silhouettes of mountains and trees fade into the distance.
