- Shock Art
Shock Art is a partnership between Longmont Power & Communications and Longmont Art in Public Places (AIPP) where artists visually transform ordinary electric boxes into dynamic works of art.
In “Summer Stroll,” by Amy Matthews, park benches and bistro tables are nestled under autumn leaves and lit by street lights.
