- Shock Art
Shock Art is a partnership between Longmont Power & Communications and Longmont Art in Public Places (AIPP) where artists visually transform ordinary electric boxes into dynamic works of art.
In “Swarmed,” by Anne Throuthip, bright monarch butterfly wings cover all sides of the box.
