The Beehive exercise studio is not available for use.

 

A minimum of 4 hours is required for private rentals and a building supervisor will be on site.

 

Private rental fees (business, personal and non-profit) are $65/hour for residents, or $81.25/hour for non-residents, plus a refundable $200 security deposit. Up to 50 chairs and 12 tables are provided (six 18 ¾” X 6’ and six 29 ¾” X 6’ tables). There is a refrigerator and microwave available for use. Please bring your own paper goods and utensils. Alcohol is not allowed. No bands, DJ’s or amplified sound.

 

Meeting Room Capacity

  • Sunflower Meeting Room (west side): 31 maximum occupancy
  • Whiteoak Meeting Room (east side): 27 maximum occupancy

 

In a practical layout for each side, estimate 14 on the West side and 10 on the east side if seated around one large conference table. Assume  about 50-55 if there are just chairs with the operable partition open, 7 rows of 7 plus a long table and a few chairs at one end (like for a Community Meeting).
