Community Park Hours: 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Nature Area Hours: 1 Hour Before Sunrise to 1 Hour After Sunset 

Sandstone Ranch Community Park and Nature Area is situated on 313 acres of land abundant in natural, cultural, and historic resources. It is both a community park and a nature area.   • The western side of the park features a 4-plex ball field complex.
  • The eastern side of the park (as well as the address for the Visitors Center) features sports fields, a skate park, adventure playground and group picnic shelter.

Directions

To get to Sandstone Ranch from Longmont, go east on Ken Pratt Boulevard / Highway 119, past the intersection of Weld County Road (WCR) 1. The ballpark facilities are located on the south side of the road, 1/2 mile east of County Line Road / WCR 1. The Visitors’ Center, sports field complex, skate park, adventure playground and picnic shelter are located on the south side of the road, 1 mile east of County Line Road / WCR 1.

There are three shelters available for rent at Sandstone Ranch.
