  • Shock Art

Shock Art is a partnership between Longmont Power & Communications and Longmont Art in Public Places (AIPP) where artists visually transform ordinary electric boxes into dynamic works of art.

In “Flying Colors,” by Anne Thouthip, brightly colored hot-air balloons take to the skies.
