Shock Art is a partnership between Longmont Power & Communications and Longmont Art in Public Places (AIPP) where artists visually transform ordinary electric boxes into dynamic works of art.

In “Funky Spunky,” by Leann Harding, brightly colored amoeba writhe on every side of a red box.
