The Accounting Division maintains the financial accounts and records for the City of Longmont. Specific functions include payroll, accounts payable and receivable, expenditure and revenue reporting, financial statement generation, capital assets, annual reports, account reconciliation, grant management and internal auditing.

IRS Form 1095-B - Health Coverage: If you are a former City of Longmont employee age 50 or older and if you had a balance in your ICMA-RC Retirement Health Savings (RHS) account, you may request a copy of your IRS Form 1095-B regarding coverage under a self-insured group health plan. To request your form call Gina Perino at 303-651-8609, or email gina.perino@longmontcolorado.gov. You will receive your form within 30 days.
