Longmont Municipal Code

The Longmont Municipal Code is maintained by the City Clerk’s Office.

Ordinances adopted by City Council are effective 10 days after publication unless otherwise specified in the ordinance.
Adopted ordinances will appear under “Adopted Ordinances Not Yet Codified” approximately two weeks after adoption.
Ordinances are codified (meaning incorporated into the existing code language) two times per year.
