A Helpful Experience

Blue image of air traffic control radarFor a “lazy, hazy” time of year, summer has a lot to keep track of these days. Whether it’s amped-up vacation traffic or overloaded kids’ activities, the season often feels like it should come with an air-traffic controller.

Thankfully, when it comes to your home’s wireless activities, you’ve got some help on the radar screen, courtesy of NextLight.

If you use NextLight’s WiFi6 router, there’s a free feature you may not have noticed called ExperienceIQ. (And if you don’t have NextLight’s router, find out more about our WiFi6 Whole Home Solution here.) ExperienceIQ is that extra pair of hands you didn’t know you needed to help organize some wireless sanity. With its help, you can:

  • Assign devices to specific users
  • Set individual screen time limits, content filters and even a “bedtime” where wireless access to a device will shut off until morning
  • Set priorities, so that an important video call or online assignment can move to the front of the line for wireless access instead of competing with a day-long binge of “Stranger Things.”
  • Do all of this through the NextLight app on your smart phone, which can be easily downloaded from the App Store or through the Google Play Store.

Try it out. It’s a great way to get all your wireless needs in order.

That’s a solution worth tracking down.
